1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Live Quote Leads' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Lead Purchase Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

Live Quote Leads provides premium, compliant inbound leads for licensed insurance agents and mortgage professionals. Our services include:

• Final Expense Insurance leads
• ACA Health Insurance leads
• Auto Insurance leads
• Home Insurance leads
• Cash Out Refinance leads
• Reverse Mortgage leads

3. Three-Minute Review Policy

CRITICAL: Upon receiving a lead, you have exactly three (3) minutes to review the lead information and determine whether to accept or decline it. After the three-minute period expires, the lead is automatically considered accepted and becomes final sale. No refunds or credits will be issued after this period.

4. Final Sale Policy

ALL LEADS ARE FINAL SALE. By purchasing leads from Live Quote Leads, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• The 3-minute review period is your only opportunity to decline a lead
• Once accepted (either actively or by timeout), the sale is final
• Lead quality disputes must be raised within the 3-minute window

5. Eligibility and Licensing

To use our services, you must:

• Be a licensed insurance agent or mortgage professional in good standing
• Provide proof of current licensing upon request
• Maintain all required licenses for the lead types you purchase
• Comply with all state and federal regulations
• Be at least 18 years of age

6. Lead Quality Standards

All leads provided through our service are:

• 100% opted-in and TCPA compliant with express written consent
• Verified by our in-house call center before delivery
• Litigator scrubbed to minimize legal risk
• Compliant with all applicable state and federal regulations
• Inbound leads from consumers actively seeking services

7. Buyer Obligations

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Contact leads promptly upon receipt
• Maintain proper licensing for all lead types purchased
• Comply with all TCPA regulations and do-not-call requirements
• Use leads only for lawful insurance or mortgage sales purposes
• Maintain your own TCPA compliance and recordkeeping
• Not resell or share leads with unauthorized third parties

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of lead purchase. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods. All prices are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Leads are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, conversion, or specific outcome. While we verify lead quality, we cannot control consumer behavior or guarantee lead responsiveness.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to leads shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific lead(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. TCPA Compliance and Indemnification

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own TCPA compliance when contacting leads. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Quote Leads from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of leads, including TCPA violations.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to: non-payment, fraud, misuse of leads, or compliance violations.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Lead Purchase Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Live Quote Leads regarding the use of our services.
